 Meetings are a place of discussion, debate and dividends for a business. According to researchers, more and more business meetings are held online. In this essay, we are going to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this event.

Talking about advantages, the most important point would be saving time. Most meetings are inefficient, ineffective and are an inadequate use of time, which is removed by online meetings. Efficient and to the point interaction will happen, although this might lead to trust issue later.
Another advantage of online meetings is to be able to do other work while in the meeting, if you feel that this meeting is not so important to you.
If we talk about disadvantages, business doesn't just run on tasks and efficiency. It is about trust between parties. Trust is generated with regular interaction. There is no replacement for a face-to-face interaction. It is the unofficial talks that we do with our colleagues that actually developed trust.
In conclusion, online meetings are going to save time, are quick and to the point, even though it lacks personal interaction and can lead to lack of trust. Seeing this, I believe new technology and techniques should be developed to mitigate the problems and adopt the change of business procedure.
